Providing Western Riding Lessons

At HF Horsemanship, we provide Western riding lessons for riders of all ages and skill levels. Our lessons focus on building a solid foundation in safety, proper riding techniques, and a well-rounded understanding of horses and the care they require—while ensuring you have fun! We specialize in training riders interested in Western performance events, including Barrel Racing, Pole Weaving, and other speed events. Many of our students compete regularly in local shows and rodeos throughout the year.

Lessons are available on-site in Rockford, MN, where you can ride one of our skilled lesson horses, or you’re welcome to bring your own horse for lessons. We also provide off-site lessons, traveling locally to teach on your own horse.

Hi my name is Haley Fuglseth! I’ve had a passion for horses since I was little and I love being able to teach others about them!

I have acquired a broad knowledge in the horse world including western & english riding, driving, showing/competitions and working for an equine veterinary clinic. I attended school for equine management and was a member of 4H & FFA. I have shown my own horses as well as others quite extensively at local and state shows in western pleasure, halter showmanship, gaming, barrel racing/rodeo and cow events.

I am excited to be able to help others build their horse knowledge and skillset!
